Meet Erin
(she/her)
Hi! I’m Erin (she/her). I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming care for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, identity exploration, and life transitions. I help clients better understand their unique needs, develop practical coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion while embracing their neurodivergent identities and building lives that align with their authentic selves.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in December 2026. I completed my practicum and internship at Peachtree Psychology, a private practice in Roswell, Georgia. I also hold a BFA in Writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design and an MA in Museum Studies from Marist College + Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute.
My mission is to help teens and adults move beyond self-doubt, perfectionism, and the feelings of not being “enough” or “too much” so they can embrace their authentic selves. I support clients as they navigate shame, guilt, and feelings of not belonging while building practical tools to strengthen emotional regulation, build self-esteem, and foster meaningful social connections.
My lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman informs my passion for neurodivergent-affirming care and my commitment to helping clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves. My background as a personal trainer also informs my holistic approach to wellness, recognizing the interconnectedness of psychological and physiological health.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which views healing as a process of understanding, accepting, and integrating the different parts of ourselves. IFS recognizes that we all have inner parts that carry wounds, protect us from pain, and shape how we navigate the world. Through cultivating a compassionate relationship with these parts and connecting with the core Self, clients can develop greater internal harmony, deepen their self-understanding, and build more meaningful connections with others. I also incorporate a mind-body perspective, recognizing that emotional well-being is closely connected to physical health and that caring for both is an important part of the healing process.
I love all things nature and creative, and my special interests include owls (I’m lucky to have a resident barred owl family in my backyard!) and metal music (my favorite is Gojira). When I’m not spending time with my pup, Nova, you can find me rock climbing, hiking, practicing yoga, painting watercolors, or experimenting in the kitchen.
